| 1. The form
is applicable in case of an assessee carrying on the business consisting
of the prospecting for, or extraction or production of, petroleum or
natural gas or both in India under and agreement with the Central
Government, and who desires to claim deduction towards deposits in an
account referred to in section 33ABA(1) i.e. Restoration Fund
2. The Notes provided in the form should be followed. 3.The assessee is required to obtain this Report from the designated person and furnish it along with the return of income in which the aforesaid deduction is claimed. This report is to be obtained and filed for each year for which the deduction is claimed. Assessees whose accounts are required to be audited under any other law should also furnish the statutory audit report. 5. All the Parts must be filled up, verified and signed by the person designated in this behalf. | ||
